What information should I send for a quote?
For the most accurate quotation, please provide a 3D model or technical drawing, material specification, required quantity, tolerances, surface finish, testing requirements and any applicable industry standards.
STEP, STP and PDF files are commonly used. When some information is not yet available, send what you have and our team will help define the remaining requirements.

ALTAMET works with a wide range of metals and engineering plastics. Common materials include aluminum, stainless steel, titanium alloys, nickel-based superalloys, magnesium, zirconium and industrial thermoplastics.
Material availability and the most suitable manufacturing process depend on the component design, application and required production volume.
Can you meet aerospace and other demanding industry requirements?
Yes. ALTAMET supports components for demanding applications where process control, traceability, inspection and documentation are required.
Depending on the project, production can be arranged with AS9100-compliant quality systems, NADCAP-approved special processes, First Article Inspection Reports, material certificates, inspection reports and full production traceability.
What quality documentation can you provide?
Available documentation may include material certificates, dimensional inspection reports, CMM reports, First Article Inspection Reports, certificates of conformity, process certificates, non-destructive testing reports and laboratory test results.
Documentation requirements should be specified during the quotation stage so they can be included in the production and inspection plan.
How does ALTAMET reduce sourcing risk?
We review manufacturability before production, define the required inspection plan and verify the finished components against the agreed specifications.
You pay for accepted parts, not unsuccessful manufacturing attempts. Inspection reports are provided when required, and independent or on-site inspection can also be arranged.
